Third Line Support Engineer, Service Desk
The principal role of the Third Line Support Engineer is to ensure that queries from customers, Service Desk and the Development team are investigated and resolved. The role facilitates strong collaboration between the Service Desk, Development, and Platform teams in order to enhance processes and communication.
